She stood as an inspiration for
many people for present generation and proved what a woman could do, if they really has a zeal towards
their career. And she is Dr. Tasneem Fazal. Let us just know a bit more about
her personal life and hurdles she faced to reach such an esteem position in field of medicine.
BIRTH AND EDUCATION:
*She was born on 8th December, at Bangalore.
*Primary education
at Carmel School, Rajaji Nagar, High school at Vidya Verdhaka Sanga, Bangalore.
Pre-University at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore and BUMS from Govt. Unani Medical
College,
Bangalore, Post Graduation
in Gynaecology from Govt.Nizamia Tibbi
College, Hyderabad.
Family:
Her father was M Hafeezullah (late), a business person and mother name Waseem un Nisa,
a Homemaker.
Her Husband is Dr Fazal Ahmed, Internationally famous Personality in the field of Unani Medicine.. They have two daughters and one son. Their Elder daughter Dr. Taiyaba Asif is working as a doctor in Saba Poly Clinic, Hyderabad, Youngest Son Mohammed Shakeel Ahmed is
pursuing BUMS in Govt.Nizamia Tibbi College, Hyderabad and Younger daughter Dr Tahera Noor has recently
completed MBBS.
Presently she works as
Consultant at AL MADINA HOSPITALS, Bandla gudua,
Hyderabad, and at SABA POLYCLINIC, Barkas road, Chandrayan gutta, Hyderabad. Works
jointly as Co-Director in Cureall Remedies, and Classic Pharma.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT:
About 27 years of experience in Clinical Practices as
Gynecologist. In Barkas, Chandrayan Gutta, Hyderabad with her mother-in-law Dr Noor us Saba, (was very famous
lady doctor in Barkas Hyderabad), Mashalla
people give love, respect and cooperate very
much.
They develop their formulas in their own
Pharma company Cureall Remedies and Herbal cosmetics in Classic Pharma; Patients are very
much satisfied with this quality with very affordable prices. Participated many Medical Seminars and
Conferences in India and Abroad.
Worked as a consultant in corporate
hospitals and jointly work .together with husband Dr Fazal Ahmed for the
promotions, development, up gradation of Unani Medicines..
SOCIAL & CULTURAL ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Many sports activities in School and College level interstate throwball.
- Awarded as a Best doctor by Global Unani Mission, 2016, at Hyderabad.
- Participated in many Scientific Seminars as Moderator, Co-Chairperson and Hosts, Given Live Medical Interviews in TV programmes in Kissan TV, INN and other Channels in English, Urdu and Telugu.
- Invited as Judge in Beauty Contests in Orissa and other places

Ans: During the establishment of our own
Unani Pharma Company CUREALL REMEDIES jointly with my husband Dr Fazal Ahmed,
from production to marketing, and Poly Clinic.

model as --- Why?
Ans: My Father,( M Hafeezullah, late ), I always looked up to him - be it his
management philosophy, sincerity, hardworking and his approach towards life.

achievement?
Ans: Al hamdulliah, I am entirely happy and satisfied with what I have gained and achieved
and thanking God for all these events happened to me till now!!, I felt a lot when First I performed Umrah,
saw KABETULLAH, and Ziarat at Madina e Munuwera,
(Q) Tell us about a situation causing the
feelings of regret in your career? If any?
Ans: Not
joining in Govt. services.

upcoming generations?
Ans: Be
kind, don't judge, and have respect for others. If we can all do this, the
world would be a better place.
