The Pillar of Strength Dr. P.Rajeshwar Reddy, M.Sc., Ph.D. Secretary & Correspondent     Dr.P.Rajeshwar Reddy, a highly respected educationist in Andhra Pradesh was a brilliant student of Physics. He obtained his PhD from Osmania University. He was awarded the coveted "Dr. Tamahenker Memorial Prize" in 1996 by the "Magnetic Society of India" for the best research paper. He is presently serving as General Secretary, Consortium of Engineering Colleges Management Association of A.P. He is member in the Academic Senate, Osmania University. Dr.Reddy is now successfully heading the trail blazing integrated Anurag Group of Institutions comprising leading Engineering, Management, Pharma and Education Colleges. An Erudite Principal Dr. Akash N.Patwari, M.Tech., Ph.D.                 Dr. Akash N Patwari is a post graduate in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University. He worked in IICT for a period of 21 years and has visited many countries. He was awarded a fellowship under CSIR-DAAD scheme for his research studies in Germany in 1981. At the culmination of the fellowship program he was awarded a Doctorial Degree in Chemical Engineering from Oldenburg University, Germany in 1983. SOCIETY      Amartya Educational Society is established in 2001, with an aim of bringing quality Engineering Education closer to the Rural students. The society comprises of experienced and visionary team of academicians, industrialists and NRI entrepreneurs whose valuable knowledge and experience are the guiding factors for Anurag Engineering College. Anurag is a forward looking institute which concentrates on constant and continuous improvement. At Anurag we are proactive whether it is infrastructure expansion or hunting for better teacher. Our endeavor is to offer better facilities to our students.     Twenty First Century Society is considered to be a knowledge society. Many educationists and the captains of the Indian industry say that our Universities have become a mere degree producing machines, and many of the students that come out of these Universities are not employable.
