Special Interview of a Special person

(Q) How Would you describe yourself in one word?
 Ans: Action-Oriented

(Q) Give an Example of a time when you solved an analytically difficult problem?
Ans: When it comes to Social work, we are always faced with crisis situation and limited resources. When the NGO (Khak-e-Taiba Trust) wanted to adopt a slum area for community service, the survey required socio-economic background of the residents. Since it was predominantly a minority area, people were not comfortable in opening up and give away details. Hence to deal with this issue, I formed a two-member team comprising of a female and male member wherein the female had to lead and do icebreakingin the interview, while the male member noted responses.
Also, I oriented them to talk more about themselves and build credibility so that people are at ease and comfortably share their details. This activity worked like wonders and now has become a standard practice across all our project surveys.

(Q) How old are you, when you had first achievement? share something about that?
Ans: I was 15 years old, when my school participated in Polio Drops campaign and during this we were trained to give medication of polio. I successfully was able to convince parents and administered these drops to more than 50 children at that time. It gave me immense sense of achievement.
I believe we must engage our young ones at an early stage in such activities for character building and developing sensitivity towards community.

(Q) What is your favourite Quote?
Ans: The monster within me, keeps scaring me, makes me feel like a loser, but if I can’t beat my own monster then what else can?!”

(Q) Tell us about an accomplishment you are most proud of?
Ans:  Securing Double Gold Medal from Osmania University for Field Work and Academics during my Bachelor in Social Work program boosted my confidence and gave me courage to pursue higher things in life.

(Q) Whom do you like to credit your role model as --- Why?
Ans:  My father, Dr.Mohammed Haseebullah who himself is an educationalist and social worker. Abbu has always sensitized us on being human, maintaining humility and realizing our potential. He always says ‘the world survives because of few good men, become that good person”

(Q) You spent long journey working, any observations about the challenges that are specific to your profession?
Ans:  I believe that efficiency and efficacy in work can only be achieved when the objective of the work is comprehended well. Doing a task or work as a chore will not enrich one with sense of achievement. Indeed, there are learning curves for anything you get into, one must be patient, consistent and sincere.

(Q) Which is your best achievement?
Ans: Achievement, this word has a volume of meaning it. And many fail to actually understand its actual meaning or implication of this term. For me my achievement is when everytime I see that smile on the face of that needy when we hand over a complete food ration pack to them. The feeling is heavenly.

(Q) Tell us about a situation causing the feelings of regret in your career? If any?
Ans: By grace of almighty, there is no such thing as regret. It’s just matter of opportunity to do something or to choose not to do it. And till we breath, we always have that choice to alter things and make it favourable. If at all a regret one must have, is not living up to your complete potential, when one is aware about her/his capabilities.

(Q) What message you want to pass for our upcoming generations?
Ans: Be well versed, well read and well aware of things that are happening. Become independent and go out and seek correct information, rather than relying on others to make decisions for you. Respect parents. And don’t get carried away by virtual appreciation from strangers. This life is a like reward, stay worthy of it.

(Q)What motivates you to get out of bed for a hectic work area every morning?
Ans: Nothing can motivate you other than yourself. To go up the ladder in life, we need to take the first step. And the first step you take every morning defines your course of action that follows. Hence stay focused, plan your first move. The only way to fulfil your dreams are focus and MADNESS!!

His thoughts on educating the younger generation and bringing up the quality and standard of education is highly commendable. He is always energetic and full of new ideas when it comes to reforming education. I was quite impressed by his ideas that he shared with me. Each post should tempt loads of regular preferences, right if a free record highlights 100,000 devotees? All things considered, in the occasion that articles for a record that is immense have inclusion, it means that the supporters are fake and purchased.
