Jaipur, the first planned city in India is located in the desert city of Rajasthan. It is the capital city of the state and is popular for the charm the city provides. Jaipur is also known as the Pink City and was founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the year 1727. Sariska National Park: This wildlife sanctuary is located about 107 km from Jaipur and has a large number of temples and historic monuments which depicts the legacy of the Maharajas of Alwar. 

Other important tourist attraction in the city includes the Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jaigarh Fort, Jantar Mantar and the Nahargarh Fort.
